I have a Dell Optiplex 760 I believe, the PSU is only around 275W from what I remember. I am currently running Win 7 prof , Core2Duo 1.86 GHZ, 4GB RAM, a 5570 card, and I primarily play WoW.

I am looking to upgrade this card if I see a noticeable increase in FPS . My PSU limits me greatly. I looked at Tom's articles and was looking at a 6670 or a 7750. Would I see a noticeable improvement over my 5570?

Go with the HD6570 you will definitely feel some difference, But you will be bottlenecked by your CPU in most games, since its only 1.8GHz So your GFX card will be held back be the CPU.
If possible do a complete computer upgrade.

I have a power supply,drive,hard drive already for my new system. I will probably just buy an AMD bulldozer and a 650ti boost for a budget build. Only game I might also play would be BF.

If I nought a $110 AMD bulldozer,would going to a GPU like a 690 be bottlenecked by an AMD?
