Gigabyte GTX 560 Temperatures?

I'm currently getting between 95-105° (Celsius) on running a game. Immediately within the minute I start playing a game my temperatures of my Gigabyte GTX 560 (GV-N56GOC-1GI rev.2) starts spiking.
I've ruled out the probability of it being a case airflow issue since I removed the side panel of my case and set an office fan beside it to test if it was an airflow issue but there were no variations in the temp.

Solution
Turn on vsync in that particular game
Also in spare time clean the dust from the fan & fins
If necessary put a 120mm fan on side psnnel facing the card blowing fresh air direct.
Thanks

Those are actually very basic solutions that anyone would conjure. I also did mention I had an office fan blowing on the GPU and it was unable to even remove a single degree from the general temperature.
