Ok, so my friend was too lazy to get his own tomshardware acct., so I made this thread for him. Here is an example;

He opens Google Chrome, goes to a webpage, and wants to keep it on his second monitor. He opens any fullscreen games, and it transfers Google Chrome to the main monitor. If he clicks on the secondary monitor, it will alt-tab him out of the game. Any advice?

EDIT: I also have a monitor question for myself; My old DELL CRT monitor that I hooked up as my second monitor worked for a while, but now it has about an inch of the bottom of the screen folded on top of the inch above it.

On the driver side the second monitor is set as the primary display device so when a game launches it launches to the primary display. Depending you the particular graphics card and windows version there is an option to change which monitor is the primary display.

More details are needed for a more detailed instructions.
