Hello.
I have bought Sapphire HD 7970 3GB Dual-X about 2 months ago from a guy that I didn't know. But was really cheap thats why I took it.. Since then I have had a strange feeling about the GPU working properly, so I have decided to test it in 3D Mark.

I didn't overlock the GPU in anyway.

These are my comp specs:

i5 3570k @ 3.40 GHz + Thermalright HR-02 Macho Super-Cooler
Sapphire 7970 HD 3GB dual-x
8GB 1600 MHz memory
Gigabyte Z77-UD3H
700W MasterCooler PSU

3D Mark Results:

Exteme 1920x1080 (1080p) with heavy load sustainable for high-end gaming pcs
Display scaling mode: Stretched

Your 3D Mark 11 score: X2915
Graphic score: 2664
Physics score: 6811
Combined score: 3575
Graphic test 1: 14.47
Graphic test 2: 14.87
Graphic test 3: 13.24
Graphic test 4: 7.50
PT: 21.62
CT: 16.63

These scores seem pretty low if I'm correct.. Could something be wrong with my graphic card?

I'd appreciate all the answers.

Have you ever heard "little drops of water makes an ocean" ?

The scores your comparing with probably built on that.

little boost from cpu, upgrading faster/better driver/ benching on fresh windows installation all at end matters.

I would say those scores are quite normal considering its X.

what you can do now is push it little here and there to match your example score.
Theres also variation in hardware quality keep that in mind.

Regards

Ugh hate Coolermaster, but that wont affect the score. Its normal, just get the latest drivers. FULLY remove the previous driver.
