I currently own the Gigabyte GTX 670 OC wind 3x edition. I began to overclock it as soon as I got it and was surprised how far I could go with it. Then after a few months now of owning it. It has been giving me weird problems.

Before I explain my problems here are my specs currently:

Gigabyte GTX 670 OC windforce edition.
ASUS M4A89GTD PRO USB3 (Motherboard)
AMD 1090T 3.8ghz (oc) with Hyper 212+ cooler
Corsair vengeance series 8gb 1600mhz
700w Corsair stealth quiet 2 (PSU)
NXZT Phantom full tower
128gb vertex 4 SSD
1tb HDD barracuda

I overclocked with MSI afterburner after trying Precision and didn't like it. I have my core +101 and mem +300 currently. Before I lowered my over clock I had it at +135 core and +525 mem and used Heaven benchmark to test it as well as furmark and ran it for 3 hours. And all was stable and fine as well as low heat on top of that with some manual fan controlling.

I now have recently been getting a crash to desktop. It freezes then crashes my visuals but still hear the sound. It games such as Tomb Raider, Hitman: Absolution, Battlefield 3 and Bioshock Infinite.

In Battlefield 3 and Hitman I have been getting black bars going across my screen and flashing black which stops after 10 mins of gameplay. Which worried me a lot so I double checked temps and were under 55c. I figure it had to be my over clock so I lowered the core and mem down to default and tried that. I got 30 FPS lower and still was getting my crash to desktop and black bars.

My card other than that works great. And sometimes even with my current over clock it which as stated above +101 core and +300 mem it sometimes won't even crash or give me the black bars or flashing in battlefield 3 or hitman.

Anyone have any idea what's happening? Do I have a bad OCing card? Or maybe I screwed my card up with my very high over clock from before?
