Specs:
CPU - AMD Phenom X3 8550 2.2GHz
RAM - 4GB
GPU - AMD Radeon HD 6450 1GB (Brand New)
HDD - 1TB
Settings:
Res: 1360x768 (Native)
Anti-Aliasing: 2 Samples
Anisotropic Filtering: Off
Texture Quality: High
Radial Blur Quality: Low
Shadow Detail: Medium
Decal Quantity: Medium
FXAA is off
Only land is reflected
Object Fade: 2
Actor, Grass and Item Fade: 3
Specularity Fade: 5
Light Fade: 10
Distant Object Detail: Medium
Object Detail Fade is ticked
Other Info:
This is a fresh install, I installed it today. I am on the latest Catalyst drivers and on the latest non beta update of Skyrim, I have none of the DLCs. The game runs fine but it has these strange bug that makes it unplayable. The textures displayed perfectly on my old nVidia 8200 integrated chip so I'm assuming my new card has something to do with it.
This is the only game I have a problem with, all the other games run fine.
