I have a HP Pavilion M9600t [Quad Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz with 6GB (3 x 2GB) RAM] running on Vista (64-bit) OS. I would like to upgrade its current NVidia GeForce GTS 250 graphics card and to the maximum 24GB (3 x 8GB) RAM [DDR3 PC3-8500] over six DIMM slots.
I understand I have a 460W power supply with three PCIe slots on the motherboard [PCI Express x16:2 | PCI Express x4:1 | PCI Express x1:1].
The NVidia GeForce GTX 650 [01G-P4-2650-KR] and GeForce GTX Ti [01G-P4-3652-KR] were recommended. Are they compatible with this machine?

The GTX 650 Ti should run fine in your PC.

GTX 660 definitely runs very well on this machine with stock psu, so 650 should be fine.
