Hello! basically, after going through 3 or 4 headsets tons of game pads, 6 mice... well you get the picture. here is the issue i am having item by item

Logitech g510 keyboard: built in volume knobs do not work in any music application... yes i have the proper aplets installed and running

Corsair vengeance 2000 headset: Volume knob on headset never worked from the start... proper software and drivers manually installed.

Razer mamba 2012: Software never recognized the mouse in my computer, so i was unable to access any of the micromanagement software you pay so much for, tried rma 2 times to no success...

Well, you get the point... heres my system

i5 3570k on msi-z77a-g45 w/ win7 on 30gb of a 256gb SSD with another SSD not in raid. none of that should really matter though, i think its most likely something to do with the way i have windows installed/my admin state... any help would be amazing please!

1. did you installed the motherboards drivers (USB3 and intel chipset)

2. i have the G510 too, if you have something plugged in the audio port, the volume know control only the plugged in device, not the windows sound...

3. do you have disabled some windows services ??? i had peripherals problems like volume knob not working when disabling services at startup

4. Had a mamba too and i had trouble a lot with it, only thing that resolve issue was getting another mice (it was randomly not working, resetting itself to default, click wasn't always working and i RMA it 2 times before asking for a refund...)

i went back through, checked all my usb connections re-installed my usb and chipset drivers and still no luck... i guess next step is re-installation of my OS... i'm going to do it w/o win7 partition to see if that helps

also, i shipped back and got the 2013 deathadder for only 59$ only issue is no on board dpi switch, but i can live with that. I am so tired of buying "high quality" mice that break and go possessed with in 6 months of purchase (RAT products)
