I am building a computer for the first time and am not sure how to judge quality of power supplies.
Motherboard:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
CPU:
http://www.amazon.com/Intel-i7-3770K-Quad-Core-Processo...
GPU:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Based upon the following website, i determined that i need a 750W power supply: http://support.asus.com/PowerSupply.aspx?SLanguage=en

Below i will list several power supplies that i found and thought looked good. Please let me know your thoughts (or suggest a completely different PS)

$126, fully modular

Hi - The website is incorrect, per realhardtech (their expertise)a quality 550w PSU
is more than sufficient to power your system. You can get 750 if you wish, but is
not necessary. In fact the Corsair tx750 v2 you linked is an excellent buy @ $70 net
after promo disc & mir, and prob as cheap as a quality 550w unit.

ToyFTW nailed it I think, that calculator seems fun to play with... not very accurate at all, the addition of two HDD's resulted in a 100W change in recommendation. I wouldn't think more than 550W from a quality PSU would be needed but the TX750 does represent a good value and you'll be set to X-Fire if you choose to later

I just got one today. its made by seasonic. i read a website review by gabriel torres and he said its so good it qualifies for platinum. But, i hate flat cables. really i do. and according to the tests he performed, it will pull over 900 watts. i forget the name of the site but you can type in xfx 750 pro reviews, or something like that. this guy tests a lot of power supplies and knows what he's talking about. sadly i havnt used it yet because i dont have the ram yet. :(  thanks to neweggs new slow free shipping.
