I need help building a gaming computer that is $600-$800 that can play Arma III, bf3 and possibly bf4 with good fps. I have never built a gaming computer so I would appreciate it if you could go into further detail about a specific part. Thanks :)

Headphones: I bought a pair of headphones called Arctic P531, they were the cheapest 5.1 surround sound headphones I could find (about 60 bucks) and the sound quality is great. They also have the MIC that bends anywhich way you need it to. Since I use this pair I will suggest them but if price isn't an issue you can go looking for even better headphones in the $100+ range.

+1. That's an excellent built.

I would probably go with an i5-3350p and a slightly better graphics card, but that's just me.

As for the headphones, I'd avoid the ones that Geef recommends - they're USB headphones, which are never going to be as good or as compatible as ones that connect through a 3.5mm jack.
