For my build I decided to go with a Rosewill Blackhawk, well the rear fan cable isn't long enough to reach any of the fan headers. Other than CPU_FAN2 and PWR_FAN1. Before I try plugging in and booting up (mostly because I don't have the power supply yet). Would I be able to plug it in to the PWR_FAN1 header, without problems arising?

That should work fine, in general a fan plugin is a fan plugin (CPU_FAN excepted). The BIOS should give you options on how to regulate the speed of the fan. Some systems offer options to tie it to one or more system parameters (like CPU, GPU or SYS temp) instead of simply setting a static speed.

Yes that connection will be fine. Like Gundy said, a fan connection is a fan connection (except the CPU_FAN). If you run out of fan connections you will have to use the standard PSU plug to get power to your fan. This type of power connection won't allow you to vary the fan speed, but at least the fan will run (usually at full speed).
