How could I recover data from my RAW hard disk?

Thank you in advance!
I have a problem with my WD flash drive that is displayed as “RAW file system” on my computer recently. Consequently, I cannot access the inner content. But, it is my backup drive. I have saved a lot of important files there.
Could you tell me how to access my flash drive or convert the RAW file system to previous NTFS? Help, please!

Solution
I don’t know whether your RAW drive is failing or not. But, I do know that you absolutely need data recovery software to take a chance.

Here is a hard disk data recovery freeware that has ever helped my friend restore all his data back: http://www.freeware-fix.blogspot.com/2013/03/hard-disk-drive-raw.html

Or you prefer to read more information about data recovery and select an efficient recovery tool by yourself:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Data_recovery
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_data_recovery_software

Next time, you should learn a lesson to back up all your important data on at least two drives.
One more thing, after the data recovery process, you should try to format this drive to see whether it could work. Otherwise...

The fact that drive is showing as raw probably means the flash drive is failing. It doesn't sound good for recovering all your files.

Try a program like EASEUS Data Recovery: http://www.easeus.com/datarecoverywizard/recover-raw-drive.htm

Remember to keep at least 2 good backup copies of any data you want to keep for a long period of time, personally I've had several flash drives fail without any warning. For this reason I don't have a lot of faith in them for serious storage.

This is probably a grey area as if it is a stolen or found USB drive we would be helping you commit a crime.
We don't know if you actually own this drive or not so we cannot tell you how to access the data on this drive.
My suggestion would be to take it to a recovery specialist and get them to do it as they would ask for the proper proof of ownership!

Thank you!
I have read your mentioned articles of data recovery and learned a lot. Your recommended data recovery freeware works well on my hard disk. Now, I have restored all of my data back.
After the data recovery process, I also formatted this hard disk. Now, this disk also works well again.
Thank you very much.

@johnnyq1233, you can't help the guy incase it is a stollen or found drive? Are you going to help anyone with other hardware/software - what happens if you're helping someone install a GPU or Windows and the Disc isn't legit or GPU is stollen etc? Wouldn't you be aiding and abetting of sorts? I think you're going way over the top. If he hasn't indicated it is found or stollen then you are not aiding in any sort of illegal activity. Tom's would have be closed/shutdown down long ago if you or anyone could be held accountable for others actions (especially if the helped have not suggested or indicated any ill doing). Be part of the solution not further the problem!

Funny, you're monitoring it? I respond in case someone else comes across it as I did, and takes that guys comment as fact!
