I need help in choosing a CPU cooler.

I may mild overclock *4.1-4.3ghz* in the future but not when i first build the pc.

Please help me decide on a CPU cooler
I was thinking of the Hyper 212 EVO since its cheap and i heard it was good, however im still unsure of whether i should buy it or not.

Is the Hyper 212 EVO a good cooler?
If i do get the Hyper 212 EVO should i stick with the stock fans or buy new fans...Should i go single fan or push/pull?

I dont really have a budget on a cooler, however cheaper the better for obvious reasons :)

Thanks in advance
~Peter

Yes the Hyper 212 EVO is a great cooler. It can allow 4.5GHz on some builds. Go for a single fan, the second one does not make it that much better.

Should i buy a different kind of fan or just stick with the stock one?

and the
Hyper 212 EVO is fine? i shouldnt fork out for a more expensive one?

Stick with the stock one, later on if you want more of an OC, get 2 identical powerful fans. But for the OC you want. Stock will do just fine.
