Hey guys, I screwed up.
I bought a USB 3 dual enclosure to replace my aging USB 2, had some data on these drives, nothing mission critical, but would like it just the same.

So I pulled the drives out and fitted them to the new enclosure. Then I turned it on and both drives show up fine, but It didn't recognise the file type.
After a bit if looking around, what I found was the new enclosure has a raid feature, which my old had too, but it was "on" by default...

Now, Im not sure how to proceed, it asks me to formatt to get the raid working, But I didnt do it. I turn off the enclosure and set the drive to standard, and even tried putting them back into the old enclosure.
So has it prepped the drives for raid? has it stuffed my data? Or is there a way to retrieve that data?
Any help would be appreciated.
