Hi i'm only 15 years old so cut me some slack and im a noob in all of this, well not all of it. :p

Approximate Purchase Date: next month or longer. . .

Budget Range: $300 - $500

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: Everything

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Pcx.com.ph

Location: Carmona , Cavite , Philippines

Parts Preferences: Any will do.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Your Monitor Resolution: 1280x1024

Additional Comments: I would like a chassis that have excellent airflow. the OS is Windows 7 nad the game I play is All the crysis series , Farcry series , TF2 and other games that have good gameplay. I want a low pricing cuild but high on performance.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I'am building a new CPU because I'am sick of all the computers/laptops in our house always have low specs. It just makes my life miserable :(

Here is a list of what i've selected:

Asrock A75-HVS SFM VSL/ddr3 http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?model=a75m-hvs

Was difficult to build a particulary good machine on that budget, but here is what I came up with and it should suffice.

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/O73M

CPU: Intel Core i3-2100 3.1GHz Dual-Core Processor ($113.79 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock H61M-DGS Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($44.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix sport 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($26.85 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($39.99 @ Microcenter)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 2GB Video Card ($188.98 @ Newegg)
Case: Thermaltake VL80001W2Z ATX Mid Tower Case ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 430W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($15.98 @ Outlet PC)
Total: $490.56

This is assuming you already have an OS.

I understand that you will be purchasing the components from a store in your country, but this gives you a good idea of what to look for and then you can go from there.

Thanks for that. :D
But is my build okay?
If not, can you give me your suggestion and opinion?
