Is the Ati Radeon HD 2600 XT a good graphics card?

Im using it in my vista computer. Here is my specs:

Dell Inspiron 530 Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit SP2 Intel Core 2 Quad CPU 2.40 GHz 2 GB ram.

Is the Ati Radeon HD 2600 XT good?

This is personal experience, have it right beside me

It is a card only playable from 720p low to 720p high depending on the game.

World of tanks is 720p medium, CSS/TF2 is 720p medium/high
Brother doesn't really play any other games

Roughly comparable to the HD6450, the HD3000 and the APU A4 iGPU

For desktop tasks, I would say it beats the HD3000 and matches the HD4000

I've had it in my computer for a while, so far, I think it works well, in full HD is good, but maybe a little worse in games. I use the computer to surf the internet, I also play sometimes, but not so much
