i5 3470 ($10 over the i5 3350p gets you a much better turbo clock)[can OC to 4ghz in the future]

I am buying from the US budget is $1000 and i need everything except for the OS,monitor,keyboard,mouse,and speakers.I am also considering SLI/CFX I dont want to OC, ill keep at stock speeds and resolution is 1920x1080
