The i5-3330 cpu is not an unlocked cpu and therefore limited to what you can do for overclocking. The only option you have is to change the BCLK to a higher number thereby raising the cpu speed , the side effect is that you raise the memory MHz along with it. There is a limit on raising the BCLK and at some point voltage is needed to continue. Once you start adding voltage the by product of that is heat so you want to make sure you have a good cpu heatsink/fan and not the stock one that comes with the cpu.
A good thing to do is read as much as possible on overclocking and there are stickies at the top of this forum page that will give you instructions on overclocking.

Read some of the OC guides (theres stickies) so you understand how to do it yourself. Taking someone through the process step by step is time consuming, and a lot of things aren't set in stone it's part science and part art. Different hardware will OC differently not just in frequency but also voltage, heat, etc.
