i have core i5 3330 3.0GHZ i want it to be overclocked at 3.20ghz..i don't know how can somebody help me how to do it on my BIOS? i have asus p8z77-pro M motherboard.. any help will be very much appriciated! :) thanks in advance..

Well the first thing you really need to do is read up on overclocking. you really need to have some basic knollage of what you are doing before you jump in with both feet. Then come back with specific questions. All so with out a k version CPU you will be very limited on overclocking anyway.

so it means that for longer lifespan of my non K processor it is best to keep it un-overclock? right? your suggestions made me think that i'm doing an critical way and high risk to damage my I/O ports and processor.. Thanks man!!!

Yes, a non k version intel chip is not "unlocked" for overclocking...so therefore you would not realize any gain by trying to overclock it.

Though, if you want to read up on overclocking, might I recommend overclock.net as they have a wealth of information about overclocking in general and tips for specific CPUs.
