my friend using a
CPU: AMD FX-8150
MOB: GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3
GPU: GIGABYTE GV-R687OC-1GD
RAM: AMD DDR3-1600 4GB*4
HDD: 1TB WD GREEN
PSU: GIGABYTE 650W

FAN: CM V6GT
CAS: HAF-922
ROM: SONY DVD16x

I was wondering that hes PSU is not enough to supply his components thats why sometime getting lag and bluescreens..

we already tried reformat/software update/bios update/change hardwares such videocards/rams but still getting the same problems.

the GPU consume 500w and the CPU consume 125w therfore the rest 25W going to supply MOTHERBOARD/RAM/HDDS/FANS??

I'm also using a same specs like my friend and with a more 3TB WD HDD and I used a 950W PSU, everything getting well and dosn't have any problem like that.

do you guys think is the PSU problem? so my friend can manage to buy a new one higher PSU..

What is the specific model of the psu? 650 will be enough. But we would actually like to look that the specs of the psu itself to tell if it is putting out as much power as it advertises.
