I need to buy some ram for my new build and i have found some at reasonable prices. I want or can only afford 8gb 2x4gb ram 1600mhz ive found some corsair vengeance 8gb 2x4gb 1866mhz for £53 and some kingston hyperx beast 1600mhz £51 and corsair vengeance 1600mhz £51 ...i know its obvious i should get the 1866mhz corsair for £2 more but i really like the look of the hyperx beast can anyone suggest dual ram sticks 8gb 1600-1866mhz at a similar price thats better or can anyone tell me which one is better out of the corsair vengeance and the kingston hyperx beast and if the price of 1600mhz and 1866mhz are the same i may as well get the 1866mhz ..but will the hyperx beast be better even though is slow 1600mhz ..if the corsair is as good quality as kingston then i will get it as im getting the corsair cx 600w psu and corsair 300r window case or fractal design 3r (cant remember the proper name) oh i have the sabertooth 990fx motherboard if that helps

Thanks for replying.
What about the corsair 1866mhz over the 1600mhz, its only £2 more which is basically the same price, i think even though it will make no real world difference i should get the faster ram seen as its the same price,I really like the look of the kingston hyperx beast but have found out that the corsair vengeance and the kingston hyperx beast instead of using samsung or micron chips they both are using almost identical low cost hynix memory chips so they are basically identical ram chips apparently the kingston oc's better, but i think over clocking vareys from chip to chip the same kingston chip may over clock better that an identical kingston one....( ive never overclocked anything other than my phone lol.. im a newbe im just going by what i ve bean reading in reveiws ect ect :)) so anyway im going to go with the corsair 1866mhz one, its the same price as the 1600mhz so i may as well get the higher mhz seen as its the same price.
thanks for your reply

I have another question for you i have found g.skill ripjaws series z 8gb 2133mhz for even cheaper than the kingston and corsair ...do you know if the g.skill will be ok on asus sabertooth 990fx revision 1.01 ..it says on the box it only takes up to 1866 but will the 2133mhz just run at the 1866mhz?
If so i may get them as they are cheaper.
