Failure to start after restoring to factory settings

I set laptop to restore to factory settings but it eventually went back to start up but just froze.....
Wont start in safe mode....

I hope you made a set of "recovery" DVD's as the system suggests you do when first started new, if so put in the first dvd and turn the system on, boot from the DVD drive and install windows that way.If you did not make a set then you can order them from the laptop manufactuer.
