Get the GTX680 more GFX power latest tech. consumes less current, less hat.
@@ Best choice @@
560 Ti can be done provided you got a SLI capable Mobo and Good 650 Watt genuine power supply.
Thanks

If you can get another 560 ti for a good price, then go for it, they have great performance in SLI. If you are buying new, then get the 680.

You decide:

Twin 560 Ti's get 49 fps in Metro 2033, one 680 gets 39 fps
Twin 560 Ti's get 98 fps in BFBC2, one 680 gets 97 fps
Twin 560 Ti's get 153 fps in FarCry2, one 680 gets 126 fps

I'm looking to add another monitor which will be my third monitor. I'm trying to figure out what graphics card I should buy, I will only do gaming on ONE monitor and use the other two for my twitch stream up and the other screen will be YouTube etc.. but I only use one monitor for gaming. I also use fraps and stream online. I'm trying to figure out if I need to use Sli, or should I use one card with 3 dvi outputs? Also ATM I run wow on high settings with 115 fps.. when I fraps it will run down to 60fps, what could I upgrade to increase my fps? I use adobe after effects also.

My PC specs..

SSD 500gb Samsung(os+apps)
1tb western digital 7200 rpm media etc..

Mother board: Asus P8z77-v pro
CPU: Intel i7 2600k sandy bridge
Gpu: GTX 560 to
Ram: corsair vengeance 16gb

Some points think before you take the plunge :)
560 ti SLI will not give you 2GB assuming yours is 1GB card where as GTX680 is 2GB
560 ti TDP 170watt so SLI means 240Watts power consumption GTX 680 is 195W
GTX 560 Ti, is 40 nm GF114 produces more heat compared to the 28nm GK104
560 TI in SLI mode when overclocked can increase all of the above 20-30%
Where as a single 680 can do 1200MHz+ Boost with lesser heat and power consumption
Price wise not a big difference provided you can sell off/trade the old 560 TI
To me its a obvious choice.
