IE9 doesn't require a login / password to use. I'm not sure you are aware of what your providing your information to.

Are you going to a specific site? e.g. Hotmail, Yahoo mail, G mail, Facebook, etc...
Are the credentials being asked as soon as you open the browser? If so what is your homepage set to?
Have you ran a virus / malware scan?

Also adobe flash is on version 11 or something like that. Check your programs in the control panel and see what version you have.

The flashdrive is version 11.0. Just to clarify, I'm signing into btyahoo.com my homepage, and IE9 presents me with a login I enter my eamail address, then password, and IE9 returns to login page, forever round and round it goes. If I right click on the desktop Icon and run as administrator I'm not presented with a login page, I go straight to my homepage so thats the way I use IE9. I have run Malewarebytes, and my own antivirus Mcafee that is with BTyahoo, I don't use any of the free email services. On searching the web I have found that I'm not the only one with a problem with IE9. My system is windows 7 ultimate 64bit, it seems to be a 64bit problem, not 32bit. Some suggestions are run 32bit flash etc . I use google chrome, Mozzilla firefox, without any problem.

Im using Adobe flashdrive version 11. click on the desktop icon and im presented with a login page to my BTyahoo home page, I enter my email and pasword, and IE9 goes back to the login page. If I right click the desktop icon and run as administrater I go striaght to my Btyahoo home page. I have run Malewarebytes, and microsoft essentials, and my antivirus Mcafee that come with Btyahoo, nothing detected. The flashdrive is installed and used by other browsers, Google chrome, Mozzilla fireox, without a problem, but IE9 keeps telling me to install Adobe flash. I have looked on the net and found that IE9 has a problem with 7 64bit, not all the same as my problem, but still a problem. I have unistalled 9 by going into the control panel unistall, and with regedit removed all traces in the reg, then reinstalled from Microsoft, the result is the same, login to homepage and back on the round about. The only reason I'm using IE is a like the Favourites for ease of use, otherwise I wouldn't bother.

For one thing get rid of McCrapfee and keep using Security Essentials.

IE10 is now availble for Windows 7, so you could try upgrading to that.

Otherwise, just learn to use Bookmarks in Firefox or Chrome, they work the same as favourites anyway.
