First time build-List of Components

I'm looking for feedback on my first build choices .This is the list of components that I have chosen from Newegg.com. I'm building it for school/web development/business. No time for games now but I may add a video card in the future. This is currently $800 USD. Thanks in advance for any advice!

A reasonable build.
Some suggestions:
1. 1.5v ram does not need fancy heat spreaders. Buy low profile ram, it will not cost more like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233202 If you think you ever want 16gb, buy a 16gb kit up front. Ram vendors will not support ram from different kits.
2. Spend $30 on a simple tower type cooler like a cm hyper212 or Xigmatek. It will cool better, run quieter, and allow you to oc the 3570K better.
3. You might want to save a bit on the case, look for the Antec 300, preferably the illusion version : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129066
4. If your budget will permit, buy a 120gb or larger ssd for the os and some apps. Everything will run so much quicker. Perhaps even defer on the hard drive; you can always add one later. Look first to intel or Samsung for reliability.
5. Take the time now to download and read, cover to cover, the case and motherboard manuals.
