I was currently looking for laptops and i stumbled across this:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009M2XB6M/ref=s9_hps_bw_g147_ir06?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-10&pf_rd_r=12HPX0N17YX6AWMRHQA7&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=1380422022&pf_rd_i=2956501011

Please tell me what you think of it for gaming.

P.S. I heard windows 8 doesn't work well with gaming .

For everything, except gaming, Any modern Laptop in the $500and up will do just FINE.

For gaming what you need to look at is the performance based on the games you play. So pick one, look at the GPU (For Intel if none listed then it uses the HD3000/4000 internal iGPU). Using the laptop you linked too as an example, it has the added dGPU 610M.
.. A) Google the GPU ie " GT 610M", select the notebookreview
http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-610M.63759.0.html
Read the "performance" then scoot down the page and n the left side it will list a good number of games. I will show you the FPS you can expect and if the game is NOT playable it will say so and/or at what level of detail it is playable.
PS - the 610M is a ENTRY level GPU

With Just the iGPU HD4000 this is what i playable

Slightly more expensive, but with a much better GPU (7670M)

Also you can get a feel for what others say by going to newegg and look at the model and what others are saying about it:
15" modles: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100006740%204021%20600003988%20600004344&IsNodeId=1&name=15%22%20-%2015.6%22

17" models Several good choices under $700:
ie:
1) $700 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834216457
2) $650 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834312431

I think one of the biggest decisions you need to make right off the bat is how large you want the screen and how heavy it can be. I know my daughters like small, lightweight laptops with 11.5" or 13" screens and under 3 lbs. I prefer mid-size latops of 15.6" and up to six lbs. in weight, because I value screen size most -- that's what you interact with most. I also am willing to pay for a 1080p screen (1920x1080 resolution), which kicks the price up a lot. If you are on a tight budget then you'll want to stick with a crappy 720p screen (1366x768 pixels).

I would guess that if gaming is your primary use for the laptop, you'll want at least a 15.6" screen, if not a 17" one, you'll want a discrete GPU (video card), and you will probably want a 1080p screen. Something like a Lenovo IdeaPad Y500 series, or an MSI GE60, which is what I have (or whatever the lastest model is). I got it for $939 with rebate in September of 2012.

This MSI's GPU is outdated now, but the Intel CPU is nice, has hyperthreading so I have eight logical cores. But the case is just average, plastic and thick. I have another Dell, XPS 15z, which is thinner and slightly smaller even though it has a 15.6" 1080p screen, it also has an all-metal shell, definitely nicer, but it cost more and the Intel CPU has no hyperthreading. I like the sturdier, sleeker metal case and smaller size/lighter weight, but I think I like the MSI's better CPU and GPU and lower price better.

I'm trying to look for a computer similar to:

i really dislike how some arrowkeys are tiny. I was them to be standard / have numpad on the side as well.
