My Built-in VGA keeps on Restating when i plays Games

i would like to ask the masters here..my PC keeps on restarting when playing games..games playing is (NFS Most Wanted old version and NFS Underground 2)..

i dont have a seperated Video Card..im using the Built-in VGA only..and it is ATI Express 200 Series from Acer Motherboard RC410M-2..i check the net and it is exactly the same as ECS ERC410M...

my PC...

Intel Pentium D 820 2.8Ghz
Acer RC410M-2
Built in VGA: ATI Express 200 Series(it says in GPU-Z 256Mb 256Bit)
2Gb DDR2 667Mhz Memory
Generic 600W PSU

please help!..this PC is old but i want to try running it again..

addition:

but when im using the PC for surfing or anything not playing games..its not restarting..i dont know the problem in this PC..

i wonder if its in HSF cause its a stock and making a noise..but every time i open my PC it is in 44degrees C to 54degrees C..please help..thanks!...
