I purchased a new X79 motherboard with no holes for mounting a backplate, I read that this is due to a new design that allows the contraption that holds the CPU to accept screws directly(requiring no backplate I guess). Here's a link to the motherboard:

In every video I watch, there are holes in the motherboard and the person installing the cooler uses a backplate, this isn't helpful to me since I cannot use a backplate for the installation.
I happened across the following Corsair blog post: http://www.corsair.com/blog/socket-2011-cooler-mounting-guide/
They mention that there are new "standoff" screws that are supposed to support the backplateless motherboard design, however, in every unboxing video of the H110 cooler I do not see any standoff screws that look like the ones pictured in the blog.
My question is, does the H110 come with the special screws required to mount the cooling unit directly onto the 2011 socket CPU without using a backplate? I can't find any clear/current information on this, help would be appreciated.
