What would be a better motherboard:

MSI Z77A-G41 ATX Socket H2 (Intel Z77) Motherboard

or

ASUS P8Z77-V LX (Intel) Motherboard

CPU: i5 3570K

As long as you are only going with one GPU, either one will be fine as long as you take a look at the connectivity (SATA, USB, etc) and they have what you need. Probably would get the cheaper one. If you want a higher overclock (4.4 or more) you might want to look at something in the $150 range (Extreme4 for example).
