Gaming PC for 2 or 3 monitors

I am looking to buy the following system:

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor (£167.99 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H ATX LGA1155 Motherboard (£68.93 @ Ebuyer)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (£52.76 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£50.05 @ Ebuyer)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card (£240.98 @ Dabs)
Case: Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower Case (£59.99 @ Amazon UK)
Case Fan: Cooler Master SickleFlow 69.7 CFM 120mm Fan (£4.49 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply (£56.64 @ Amazon UK)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer (£11.13 @ Amazon UK)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit) (£68.39 @ Aria PC)

Is this going to be suitable for running games on mid settings over 3 monitors (1680x1050)?
Am I spending too much on one area and not enough on another?

I would appreciate your opinions on this spec.

More about gaming monitors
  1. you need 2-way crossfire for AMD cards to run games with good FPS on multiple monitors so get another VGA and 850W power supply
  2. I would suggest upgrading to a HD 7970 ghz - gaming on 3 x 1080p display benchmarks
