My Q6600 cpu came with a D60188-001 heatsink/fan (I assume the specs at this link are correct):

I just purchased a Qx9650 cpu as an upgrade and it came with a E97378-001 heatsink/fan (again I assume these specs are correct):

Am I not correct that my existing heatsink/fan is better? The heatsink is clearly much thicker and heavier, and the specs seem to be better.
