Will this build play most games high-max settings

I have just built a budget gaming pc for £430 and i was wondering what settings it will play games at.
GTX 650 1GB
are the main and i will be playing at 720p. i will be upgrading the RAM to 8GB in a few weeks aswell. Also will i need a cooler?

Max or Ultra...NOT a chance with that card...sorry ...
Low or possibly medium in some games only...

It is a low resolution and you can look at some performance here (looking at 1280x800 which is closest to yours) multiple games in the drop down tab.
