Another thing i have already a 650watt psu 8 gb of ram and a gtx 560 superclocked however i cant get constant 250 fps on call of duty 4 so might upgrade. Are either of these computers worth the money or is building one a better option. Also i need windows 7 installed as well and only use games like cod4 on it.

Thanks alot guys.

I would ask the spec of your current machine and minimum fps you're getting in cod4. I ask for minimum because with any game you don't get a constant fps, it changes all the time depending on how much work the computer has to put into the artificial characters (not real people) and then render it all.

Neither of the two machines you linked have dedicated graphics cards and cannot be classed as gaming computers. The intel HD graphics doesn't even come close to the power of the GTX560 you already have.

This is a site for computers in your country that is used by alot of people. I would build a computer because you will enjoy it more and you will learn alot in the process.

What type is your RAM????
Your GPU should still work fine, but you can upgrade if you want.
You can reuse your case, CD/DVD drive. Video Card, RAM and PSU.
