Is this graphics card okay for overclocking?

Great card imo, I have the same card and can get to 1225 core 1625 memory clocks. I had to flash my bios to get the card from down clocking to 925 core speeds.

You can overclock most video cards as long as you have the proper cooling and good air flow in the case. The card also has to have the available adjustments so you can change clock speed and voltage. Get a program like MSI AfterBurner and you will have an easier time overclocking.

I am not sure about Powercolor. I I know MSI and XFX limit the overclocking ability on some of the cards they have. I love Sapphire cards i have a 7850 at 1200MHZ
