The graphics cards you have listed are only a small upgrade from the Intel HD 2000 that you currently have. You will still not be able to play a lot of games or do heavy graphics work. For you I could recommend the Radeon HD 7750. This card is the ideal card for low budget low power machines. Its can be had for $90, it barely consumes power, and it performs really well. You will be able to play most games at mid settings.
