Blue Screens on Cold Boot

I built a new computer a couple months back, and for the most part, everything is working fantastically. However, every time I boot it up cold (if everything has been off for an hour or so), it blue screens after five or so minutes of normal operation. I can be surfing the web, opening Lightroom, or just letting it sit there; within ten minutes, I'm looking at a blue screen with a frowny face. It then reboots, works fine, and won't crash again, even after being put to sleep. I've turned off the Fast Start and Hibernate features of Windows 8 to keep my SSD going, so it's a true reboot, rather than the default hybrid thing.
I do have my CPU overclocked, but I get the same issues whether it's at stock speeds or not. I've also run IBT and Prime95 for eight passes and 19 hours, respectively, with no problems. Memtest 86+ also didn't turn up anything after 12 passes, so the RAM doesn't seem to be the problem either.
Updating, turning off and reenabling, and even just deleting my drivers hasn't made much of a difference either, and Driver Verifier didn't turn up anything.
All of this makes me think that there's something wrong with either my SSD or my motherboard, and I was wondering if there was any way to figure out which it is. If there are any other tests or possibilities I've overlooked, I'd love to hear about those as well - anything helps!

My build:
i5 3570K, overclocked to 4.2 ghz
Asrock z75 pro 3
Gigabyte Radeon 7850 HD
180 gb Intel 330 SSD
Antec Earthwatts 650W
8 gb G. Skill Sniper 1866
Windows 8 64-bit professional

I've also got a 3 tb Seagate hard drive for storage, but I can't imagine that having much impact.

Some of the BSODs I've had:
NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (both wdfilter.sys and win32k.sys)
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY
UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (win32k.sys)

There have been a couple more that I forgot to write down. I still have most of the dmp files, if that would be of any help.

This problem, while it doesn't necessarily impact my system's usability, is pretty frustrating, and it's aggravating making so little progress in solving it. Thanks for your help!

I haven't done anything with my GPU and it wasn't factory overclocked, and I made sure to update my SSD firmware first thing.
