Looking for a Graphics Card

I am looking for a Graphics Card for around £100, that will play Racing Games and First Person Shooters at high settings and good FPS at 1370x768 . What would you Reccomend??

My Specs:

Gigabyte 78lmt USB3 MOBO,
AMD QUAD CORE FX4170 4.2ghz,
Corsair 8gb DDR3 Ram,
650W 80+ PSU.

The 7790 is a touch faster than the 650ti, though I'd argue that for the price its at its a better idea to just jump to the 7850, thats WAY faster for only another 25 quid, currently offers the best price/performance ratio of any card out there I think. The 7750 is about 20-25% slower than the 650ti.

I have been looking at a 650 ti and a 7770 and also the 7790 which one would be the fastest and give the best FPS?
