How many radiators does this rig need?

So In the future I am planning to buy an Intel i7 2011 CPU and SLI 3 graphic cards. I will be using the Silverstone TJ-11 case, and was wondering what would be an optimal radiator solution for this build. The bottom slot has enough room for a quad radiator, but that would be at the cost of the storage cages, which I would prefer to keep in there. I can fit my PSU, storage cages and a dual radiator in the slot, I may or may not be able to put the PSU outside my case so I may or may not need to sacrifice the storage cages, but again I want to keep them inside the case. If I put a dual radiator in the bottom slot it can cool the water up to the CPU and after it cools the CPU it goes through another dual radiator to cool the cards. Would this keep my components cool enough to optimally water cool? Or should I make case modifications to have the quad radiator and a single or dual radiator after it cools the CPU. Thanks in advance!

Have you read the water-cooling sticky (in particular the TDP section)?

It will answer the question of how much radiator space you need, and probably a lot of others.

Depending on how many drives you need, you could just get some 5.25" bay adapters to hold your drives, you do have nine 5.25" bays on that case.

The rear of the case is one blank bit of metal, looks large enough to mod a triple rad mount.
