Which graphics card will best fit my budget/needs?

I bought this computer, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883103412, and have already chosen a new power supply, but now i need a discrete graphics card to add to it. What would you suggest with a maximum budget of $140?

You could probably find it around $140 somewhere

This one causes me concern because of a few reasons, the cheapest i can find it for is 145. It says its double-width, so i'm not sure how that fits into my case...
  3. Double slot isn't double width. It's the same width as any card but takes up two expansion slots because of the size (depth) of the cooler. Most video cards these days do the same, actually.
  4. the 7790 outperforms the 650 ti by a little bit, and is also in the same price range. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125455

It means the fan takes up two pci spaces. Usually you insert the card in 1 space, and the fan hangs over the other. you should have room for this.
