Yes will run any game perfectly fine... PSU is a super overkill you could downgrade to atleast a 750-850watt if you're going to crossfire... maybe 650 for just a single card to be honest by a good manufacturer.

As stated it will play games very well but is poor value, either get a 6 core CPU on the 2011 chipset (still not great value but at least you get some benefit from the expensive platform) or get the i5 3570K on 1155. The i5 would save enough to get a second 7970 though thats overkill for a single 1080 monitor.
