Hi, I used MV Internet Optimizer from www.velasco.com.br, which I've been using some other programs for a long time. After using it and rebooting my computer nome of my programs are able to conect to the web, but I can navegate, although with some minor problems like slow conection in some website to failure in loading the web site in the first time. I've tryed cleaning log, registers, virus scan, anti-spyware, nothing solved the problem, even tryed a conection fixer. I also tryed to ping google through CMD and it didn't work, so I think there is something messing any program, including original windows programs, conection!
