intel hd 2000 vs nvdia ge force 210 1gb dd3

i was using nvdia gforce 210 for past 1 year till time the basic dvd quality movies were sharp and clear ,now my graphic card has got damaged...i switched onto inboard graphics of intel hd 2000 but now the dvd quality movies have lost it sharpness and clearity.It's like my video quality has been degraded upto 40 %... my video memory with nvdia was around 2700 mb now it is 1550mb...does increase in video memeory increase video quality..?? plz help

my specs are
i3-2100 with intel 6series dh61ww
4gb ram
windows 8

heyy and my monitor is 22.5" then why my video quality has got down like i can see pixels forming up in dvd quality or cd quality movies earlier it was like they were watchable pixel forming was very less and i have latest intel hd drivers,has decrease in vram degraded qulaity ...with nvdia dedicated ram was 1gb now with intel hd graphics it's only 32mb
