printing small print

i have a Brother J315W printer.and it is printing small ,no matter what size i start it on EG 20 it comes up on the screen huge.but prints small. .it as not always done this it as printed normal in the past so why it's doing this now i don't kow. anyway i can fix this.

thanks phil22 tired that also tried uninstalling a new programme .and it worked printed ok. but i don't know which one ,
is right ,but one of you is .
