correct me if i'm wrong but i'm not sure you will be able to run games on ultra settings on 3 monitors only with one 7950...
if you have the money i would go for a gtx sli...or crossfire with amd's...

i see...
you can do this thing...buy now a single 7950 or a gtx 670
and save some money and buy another one like next month...and connect them in SLI or Crossfire
and if you do this just make sure you PSU is enough for SLI or Crossfire...
or buy 1 7950 and run 3 monitors on low-medium setting =\

Ok, thanks for your help. I think I'll just buy one 7950 for now, and then add another one later on.
