I have a 16GB takeMS Easy II usb flash drive. I cannot make a full format because it gives me an error, The low format doesn't work, HD Tunes shows no errors, Wiping data also doesn't work (tried the quick method 0passes, and also 5 passes). Always stops at 51%. When I copy files to the drive, after 8.03 GB files occupied (51%), I cannot copy more because Windows says that the disk is write protected. The regedit fix hadn't worked. The chkdsk mode shows no errors. There is no firmware for this drive on internet. There is a solution? And sorry for my bad english.

To recover data from corrupt USB drive go for a third party tool that is Kernel for Windows data recovery software that can easily recover and repair your all corrupted or deleted data from USB hard drive.

You know what programs I can use? I don't want to recover my data, only to repair the sectors or something. EASEUS Data Recovery found bad sectors but I can't delete the files on it using that program.

run checkdisk on it Select both options (locate and recover bad sectors, and Fix file system errors)

ps - you can't really repair bad sectors. You may be able to recover the data within a bad sector if the data is not in a section of the sector thats damaged.

But to me it sounds like your drive is not recoverable or repairable.

Thank you. And I scanned the drive using both functions of chkdsk and still no errors.
