The Graphics card I would like to run is the GeForce GTX 660 Ti.

Here are my Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 --> HERE!
CPU: ADM FX-6100 3.3Ghz --> HERE!
RAM: 4Gb DDR3 [No Link Sorry]

The Graphics Card I want to get is very expensive and I would like to not waste money if I did not need to. So What I was wondering is... Would I need to get a new motherboard, Ram or CPU.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP :D

Solution

Yes no problem you can run the card without any major bottleneck
And you will require a 500 to 600 Watt Quality Power supply like Corsair XFX Antec
Thanks

For Safety reasons and considering you have an expensive setup, its best that you buy a XFX550 Watt or Antec VP550 or Corsair Tx550 or CX600

You wouldn't happen to know how to figure out what you Power Supply Wattage is without opening the case?

And if I was to put this Card in without the correct Wattage what would happen?

Would I also need that Power Supply Exactly or is anyone fine aslong as it reaches the requirments?
Thank you for answering my first Question. :D

It is really difficult to find information on this ps. Judging by the price alone, I think you are asking for trouble using it to power anything other than a small 12v light bulb. Do yourself a favor and invest in a good quality ps from a reputable company such as Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, etc. A true 550w watt unit from a recognized company would be enough for your rig (660 Ti specs call for a minimum 450w), including the 660 Ti, but you might want to consider something a little larger as your AMD is a 95w processor.

Also, remember that a 660 Ti requires 2 six-pin power plugs from your power supply - be sure the power supply you select has at least that many (or 6 + 2 plugs). I notice you have linked an Aussie vendor -- they carry the Seasonic -- see this for example: http://www.pbtech.co.nz/index.php?z=p&p=PSUSSN10620&name=SeaSonic-S12II-620-Bronze-620W-ATX12V-V2.3--EPS-12
