I have a Sony Vaio series S 13 laptop with a nVidia 640m LE graphics card recently when using the dedicated grpahics card these tearing, dots and colours are visible making applications unusable.

(The last image is using my integrated card and as you can see the image is smooth).
I have tried removing and installed an older version of the graphics driver etc......what else do I do?
What is wrong?
