Ok thanks, normally and on my own pc I multitask a bit, might watch a movie or watching a game review on gamespot, while possibly having ten browser windows in a couple different browsers open and waiting for a pvp match in a game in the background. To be frank the pc I am building is a pc for my gf, but if I wanted to use it for a moment to show her something, I don't wanna get utterly annoyed and disgusted just by by sitting and helping her with her pc, cause it's so damn slow.

How many windows you can have open is about ram (4Gb min).
About that pvp part it depends on a game.
And with integrated GPU (lets say on i5 3470) can handle games like battlefield play4free and nfs world so as long as your not doing some serious gaming (bf 3, crysis) and rendering (maya), you and your gf should be fine.

Ok thanks I'll take your word for it, I won't be playing on her pc, so I'll skip the gfx card for now. The build looks like this. Apart from looking at sattelite maps, and watching movies, I guess she doesn't need more graphic processing ability unless she change monitor.

Silverstone milo Micro atx
Cooler Master Geminii M4 CPU cooler
ASUS P8Z77-M, Socket-1155 mobo
IntelĀ® Core i5-3570 Processor
Crucial DDR3 CL8 1600mhz 2x4gb
Cooler Master B-series 500W PSU
Samsung DVD Writer, SH-224BB
Fractal Design R2 80mm Silent x4
Samsung SSD 840 PRO 128GB

Yes well I don't like building on a minimal budget, cause whats fast today will be slow tomorrow, we have a 5 year warranty on parts here, so might as well pay a little extra to try and have something she could use the next 5 years or so. The ones she's replacing now and thats getting slow is 8 years, but not worth upgrading with more ram, or other crap imo.
