what better 5770 or gts 450 on e7400

hi evryone i was wondering what to choose the 5770 or gts 450 .
i have a asrock g41m-s3 mobo and a core 2 duo e7400 @2.8Ghz
with 4gb of 1333Mhz ram running at 1066Mhz
so what is better for my system???????????
