Overclocking amd fx 6100

hey guys i decided to overclock and i dont have any idea bout it :p

I have
motherboard :giga byte 78lmt-usb3
Processor :AMD fx 6100, 6 core black edition 3.3ghz
Ram :1333 mhz 8 gb
Graphic card : still not decided yet pls suggest me a suitable card according to
the board and processor there should not be any bottleneck and my budget is 180 us dollars..

NOW back to point
i was thinking to overclock it a little bit from 3.3 to 3.7 ghz

is there any problem if i over clock this processor on stock ? and on this mother board is it a good idea?????

If I remember, and don't quote me, but AMD processors overclock by increasing the BUS and only having 1333mhz RAM is going to OC that as well and it might not handle it. Been like 5 years since I OC'd though, so I'd wait for someone better suited to answer.
